My Little Life
This is how having a very busy weekend (and age) is affecting me this morning... as it took me 10 minutes of looking for my keys...
until I found them... right next to my glasses and phone, in plain sight on the counter.

Okay, I am just going to suck it up and ask the question I've been dying to ask.
HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE "MINOT?"
Is it like minn-ott?
Or like minn-oh (silent T like in French?) Or some other way??

MINE - as in: not yours
OTT - as in: Otter
Accent on the first syllable.
End of lesson.
Not at all what I expected. I really thought was minn-ott.

HAH! Last week I noticed I couldn't focus on something close to my face. (For the first time EVER!!)
As for pronouncing "Minot", I was smugly confident it was like "mean-oh".
